Mate1, a Canadian dating site with more than two million active users, partnered with Giro54 to develop a Facebook application called “ConnectMore”. The goal: leverage the users’ social network to extend their connections to more potential candidates for dating.

Giro54 were asked to design the application architecture and interface integrating many online-social-dating interactions. ‘Winks’, ‘flirts’, ‘hotlist’, ‘connect’, ‘like’, were some of the multiple options added for users to connect with friends of friends.

As any web application, the interface had to be intuitive, simple an easy to use. Giro54 worked on the Information Architecture, Interaction Design and brand identity to create an engaging online dating experience.
