One of the top sports event manager companies hired Giro54 to redesign their web tools to manage corporate hospitality programs for VIP clients.

This project was highly focused on interaction design and user interface design for an extranet for VIPs.

Giro54 designed visuals, structure, interactions and look and feel to transform the event management experience concentrating on minimizing human error while managing sensitive information.

Focusing on the user experience and interaction design Giro54 held one on one interviews listening to the users’ needs and expectations. The new application design was centered on a dashboard that gave control to all the required tasks in an intuitive manner.

Part of the improved process was to present information in the way the sports events flow, so the interactions with the application would feel natural and effortless.
