Interaction Design
Interaction Design defines the way an interactive system, e.g. a web site, responds to the actions of people. The goal is to make this “dialogue” as intuitive, simple and clear as possible.
We use interaction design techniques to help users complete their actions successfully: read and reply to messages; share photos and videos; shop and trade online; play and have fun.
Web sites such as those with user-generated content (web mail, social networks); transaction-oriented (e-commerce, online banking) or highly interactive (games, etc.) require a detailed analysis and design of its interactions.
Main tasks:
– User profile creation (personas)
– Task analysis
– User scenarios
– Wireframes and prototypes
– Error prevention
Interaction Design is part of the design process of Giro54. Below are some notable examples of our work.
