Usability
Usability is a discipline that observes and evaluates people’s level of understanding, satisfaction and difficulty while using a web site and makes recommendations to improve its functionality and user experience.
We apply a variety of methods depending on what needs to be evaluated: user interviews, usability tests, accessibility analysis, online surverys, etc.
