User Interface Design: Aptitus
Design an employment website for job seekers and recruiters in Peru.
The main goals were to create a job search and employment site that was easy to use while combining complex functionalities for later integration with other sites of the media group.
Giro54 conducted a benchmark study of regional and global competitors to identify the differentiators in usability, efficiency and features. The user experience team streamlined key tasks and path flows from signing-up to applying to a position. After a series of iterative prototyping, Giro54 handed detailed wireframes, functional specifications, a visual design guide, and XHTML/JavaScript templates to Aptitus’ internal development team for the final implementation.
